The Senior Lifecycle Management Specialist will play a key role in managing the insurance policyholder experience and driving retention through marketing efforts that increase engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. • Strategic Planning and Development
• Execute policyholder lifecycle management strategies to drive reputed company and engagement.
• Identify key areas for improvement in the policyholder lifecycle and retention process.
• Program Management and Execution
• Design, execute, and manage retention-reputed company programs across multiple channels and operating functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and customer experience) to address policyholder challenges and improve retention.
• Monitor program performance and reputed company strategies to ensure reputed company.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables for retention reputed company.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a reputed company field
• 8 years reputed company Work experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations Management or Product Management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
