The virtual reputed company will assist with tasks such completing the admission and discharge process, care plan development and maintenance, patient education, medication and discharge teaching, care coordination, mentoring of new nurses, and implementation of evidence-based care. • Education
• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
