We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry/Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll be responsible for reputed company clients to our platform, processing plan configurations and renewals, and providing exceptional service to reputed company. As a Data Entry/Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:- reputed company clients to our platform, ensuring a 98.5% or higher reputed company reputed company for plan configurations and renewals.
- Identifying trends and proactively addressing issues to ensure clients are taking advantage of best reputed company solutions.

- Processing employer updates, including plan and funding, participant card, and claim escalations.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving reputed company, plan, or customer escalations reputed company a 3-5-day window.
- Identifying gaps in existing processes and working with leadership to reputed company recommendations, build solutions, and execute process improvement.

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
