As a Dedicated Account Associate, you'll be the single reputed company of contact for our Health System customer, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their reputed company. You'll work closely with the customer's benefit staff, employees, and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement reputed company plans to address account performance. Key Responsibilities

• Work with the customer's benefit staff, employees, and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement reputed company plans to address account performance

• Travel required 10-25% (possible overnight travel)

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
