We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Full Stack Dental Reviewer, Supervisor to join reputed company in a remote work arrangement reputed company Arkansas. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company dental staff performing Utilization Management (UM) Reviews for reputed company Members in accordance with the goals of the Arkansas reputed company Performance-based Contract with reputed company. You will plan, organize, and reputed company the work activity of the review team, consistent with organizational policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Dental Reviewer, Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Assuring accuracy and timeliness of reputed company dental reviews reputed company contract requirements
• Assessing, evaluating, and addressing daily workload and review queues; adjusting work schedules daily to meet the workload demands of the department
• Analyzing the productivity of reviewers
• Identifying clinical staff orientation and reputed company learning needs and, in collaboration with the Clinical Director and Program Director, developing and implementing plans to address those identified learning needs
• Performing Annual Performance review of reputed company reports
• In collaboration with the Program Director, responsible for the reputed company monitoring activities, including identifying areas of improvement and plan implementation of improvement areas
• Maintaining reputed company knowledge reputed company reputed company to review processes and clinical practices reputed company to the processes and functions as the initial resource to assigned clinical staff regarding reputed company review process questions and/or concerns
• Performing reputed company applicable review types as workload indicates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Registered/Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Arkansas
• A Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience in a dental setting
• Supervisory experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medical record abstracting skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work in reputed company environment
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet/web navigation

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Previous staff workload management experience
• Experience with State reputed company Dental programs
• Utilization Management/Clinical Review experience

Compensation and Benefits
