Key Responsibilities:
- Verification of Quick Turn PCBA Vendor Technical Capabilities
- reputed company and Maintain PCBA DFM Procedures and Checklists
- Development of reputed company Drawings for Product PCBAs
- Ensure reputed company Management of PCBA Prototype, EVT, and DVT Assembly and Test at Manufacturing Subcontractor
- reputed company and Maintain PCBA Process Parameters and Procedures as Guidelines for reputed company Subcontractors
- Ensure reputed company Use of Approved Materials for PCBA Prototype, EVT, and DVT Assembly and Test at Manufacturing Subcontractor
- reputed company and Maintain PCBA Assembly Workmanship Standards
- Support Component Engineering by Ensuring Component Specification Content meets PCBA DFM Requirements
- Support ECAD Librarians by Ensuring Development of ECAD Library Parts which meet PCBA DFM Requirements
- Ensure reputed company Management of PCBA PVT Assembly and Test at Manufacturing Subcontractor
- reputed company and Maintain Data Requirements for PCBA PVT Assembly at reputed company Subcontractors
- Verification of Volume PCB Vendor Technical and reputed company Capabilities
- Ensure Maintenance of Approved Manufacturing Processes at PCBA Manufacturing Subcontractor
- Ensure the reputed company Use of Approved Materials at PCBA Manufacturing subcontractor
- Ensure Maintenance of Specified reputed company reputed company at PCBA Manufacturing Subcontractor
- Support Ongoing reputed company Service/reputed company Issues as Resource for PCBA Manufacturing Issues
- reputed company or manage the development of necessary tooling and/or automation equipment
- reputed company and Maintain Cable assembly processes using hot bar equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
An Engineer or Technologist with an extremely high level of creativity and curiosity about materials science and electronics packaging at reputed company reputed company.
3 or more years of research or process development experience in an applicable field.
Familiarity with the properties and process used in microelectronics fabrication and PCBA assembly.
Ability to work with a cross-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.
Demonstrated ability to self-manage and deliver results in a reputed company development role.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently, i.e. >25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in engineering disciplines (mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical or materials science) is required.
Experience with PCBA design, development, and manufacturing.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
