As a Senior Estimator for reputed company Glendale, you will be responsible for estimating the capital budgets of reputed company reputed company, including resorts, theme park attractions, cruise ships, and other expansions of the reputed company brand. You will work closely with our project teams to reputed company conceptual estimates, negotiate contractual trade orders, and reputed company fee guidance and engineering reputed company. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating estimates for reasonableness, managing risks, and forecasting the final value of reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Estimate reputed company quantities of reputed company tasks, including resorts, theme park attractions, cruise ships, and other expansions of the reputed company brand
- Independently produce conceptual estimates of initiatives with incomplete or ambiguous records with minimum supervision
- reputed company the estimating, negotiating, and settling of contractual trade orders throughout the project
- Evaluate and estimate through specs and drawings, attend reputed company-bid meetings, and determine the scope of labor and required estimate contents
- Collaborate with owners, architects/engineers, and contractors to reputed company estimating, value engineering, analysis, and scenario planning

- Work with group leadership to expand project strategies, risk mitigations, and recovery/acceleration plans

Primary Qualifications
