We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company Customer Experience Representative to join our Mom and Baby team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders reputed company, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to meet metrics surrounding customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance

• Handling inbound calls and emails from patients and converting them to potential sales
• Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails

• Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
