Key Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support to content/external teams regarding the use of content tools
* Creating reference materials and delivering training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
* Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
* Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
* Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
* Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company
* Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
* Exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions
Essential Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
