As the Director of Cyber Defense reputed company Operations, you will reputed company the strategic reputed company for reputed company’s SecOps team. You will reputed company daily operations, management, mentorship, and reputed company development of reputed company. reputed company is an important part of the global 24×7 reputed company operations group, being the first line of defense in reputed company’s incident response function. reputed company operates reputed company the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) under the reputed company Global reputed company Office (EGSO) and receives, triages, and prioritizes cybersecurity alerts, and investigates, contains, eradicates, and recovers from events.
Reports to: CFC Senior Director of Incident Management and reputed company Operations. This is a remote position.
You will have opportunity to
- Design and implement the strategic reputed company for the SecOps team, including leading transformational reputed company to improve incident response effectiveness.
- reputed company the daily operations, management, and reputed company development of the SecOps team to support global 24×7 monitoring and response for cybersecurity events.
- Build and influence strategic partnerships with important partners to reputed company priorities and reputed company collaboration.

- reputed company the development of playbooks and operational processes in collaboration with other global SecOps leaders.
- Guide successful conclusions of cybersecurity events reputed company SecOps’s scope and escalate higher-risk incidents.
- Collaborate with teams such as Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Detection Engineering to enhance threat detection capabilities and improve reputed company technologies.
Qualifications
- Can respond to incidents after hours and serve in on-call rotation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information reputed company, or a reputed company field (Master’s or higher preferred).
- 8+ years in reputed company Operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles and prior Director-level experience reputed company organizations of comparable size.
- 2+ years leading incident response or digital forensics investigations.
- 2+ years of experience in operationalizing end-to-end reputed company processes reputed company reputed company Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) platforms through playbooks and/or automation
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Defender).
- Experience driving operational transformation and managing global reputed company teams.
- At least two cybersecurity certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, or CISM).
