This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic expansion into new reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Regional Expansion

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential new geographic reputed company
• Work with the International Director to reputed company comprehensive strategies for entering and establishing reputed company in new geographic reputed company
• Create detailed implementation plans that reputed company with Launch Global's core mission and values
• Assess cultural, political, and ministry landscapes to inform strategic decision-making

Agency Relationship Management

• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements

Digital and Event-Based Recruitment

• Design and implement comprehensive digital recruitment strategies targeting potential mobilizers and reputed company leaders

• Plan and execute international recruitment events, conferences, and mission awareness programs

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in the annual, organizational performance review process.
• Submit expense reports as needed and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in missiology, international relations, or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international ministry, mission work, or non-profit leadership
