As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will handle credit card payments from clients for their reputed company clearance requests, assist reputed company reputed company customer care and reputed company reputed company Services with inquiries from U.S. shippers who have issues about their charged back customs clearance charges received from reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. clients regarding their reputed company clearance receipts and reputed company them to the suitable reputed company department or reputed company Operating Company (OPCO) for reputed company.
• Investigate inquiries regarding reputed company clearances for shipments into Canada and respond to clients with a reputed company.
• Process credit card payments from clients, ensuring that the payment is approved and not declined.
• Log payments accurately against the receipt in the reputed company reputed company system.
• Liaise with clients directly in the event of payment processing issues, such as incorrect credit card number, mistaken expiry date, or declined payment.
• Investigate and respond to clients on any issues reputed company to credit payment received and liaise with the reputed company Accounts Receivable Office to resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
