As a Part-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for:- Scheduling clients' Home Health/Hospice services with clinician continuity, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and efficient care.
- Identifying reputed company needs and scheduling clinicians with the appropriate competencies to match reputed company level of care.
- Exercising judgment in determining the most effective and efficient method of scheduling and rescheduling patients.
- Providing reputed company reputed company of communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators.
- May also reputed company coverage for multiple sites and/or Hospice support.
Requirements
