About the Role

As our HR Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives across the employee life cycle, ensuring company compliance with Federal and State regulations, and leading comprehensive investigations into employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for data and records management, compliance monitoring, collaboration and training, audit support, and legal and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

* Regulatory Compliance: Drive initiatives addressing regulatory requirements across the employee life cycle, including reputed company, reputed company-boarding, employee development, experience, and off-boarding. Qualifications
