Work schedule: 60% FTE Work schedule to be discussed with the hiring manager First shift What you’ll contribute: reputed company Specimen Process Activities | Play a key role in patient care by performing specimen processing tasks such as receiving, sorting, and prioritizing specimens and requests, matching specimens against requisitions for appropriate tube type, centrifuging and aliquoting specimens, processing timed urine collections, resulting and reviewing entries for reputed company reference lab testing, performing blood draws on patients, and performing various computer functions. reputed company Customer Service | Exercise your customer service skills by responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to inquiries from patients, clients, and hospital and laboratory staff. reputed company Your Knowledge | Impart your laboratory reputed company by orienting and training new employees, participate in performance improvement activities and support the hospital in meeting JCAHO, CLIA, and CAP accreditation standards. What you’ll need: High school graduation or equivalent AND one (1) year of chemical, clinical, or reputed company health laboratory experience OR Completion of a laboratory assistant course approved by the American Society for Clinical Pathology OR Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except reputed company there are reputed company requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
