About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, reputed company detailed information, and resolve any emerging problems they may face.

Our schedule is as follows:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
