Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Consultation: Handle inbound calls regarding claims inquiries, providing reputed company, courteous, and empathetic support to reputed company customers.
• Claims Process Expertise: Apply knowledge of the claims process, utilizing training materials, scripts, and guides to resolve customer questions accurately.
• Documentation & Note-Taking: Record detailed, accurate notes of reputed company customer interactions directly into the processing database, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments using the designated scheduling tool reputed company required, ensuring convenience and reputed company for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
