Your primary reputed company will be on contacting blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation, using a dialer system and multiple computer systems simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

- Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
- Use multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives, update donor records, and record reputed company of calls

- Follow a process and scripting for conducting calls with donors to ensure a consistent donor experience
- Maintain daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will be required to attend a comprehensive training program, which will include both in-house and remote learning components. The training schedule is as follows:
Training Schedule:
- Week 1: In-house training, Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm (Monday) and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (Tuesday to Friday)
- Week 2: Remote learning, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Week 3: reputed company remote learning, Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, and production on Friday
Work Schedule and Environment
After completing the three-week training program, you will be working from home, with a schedule of reputed company, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, and Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
