Remote Construction Estimator - Florida GC License

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction reputed company based on plans and specifications.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to establish project budgets.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contract terms to reputed company cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and reputed company project costs, identifying any discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs without compromising reputed company.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or reputed company field
• Valid Florida General Contractor License is required

• Familiarity with construction scheduling and risk management principles
