As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
