Now I’m looking for my creative right hand — a reputed company Media Assistant / Designer / Community Manager who can help me manage the reputed company behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage 2 reputed company media accounts (Instagram + reputed company)
• Handle community engagement — connect with followers, respond to comments, and nurture reputed company conversations
• Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and reputed company reputed company planning to help our clients stand out online
• Write captions that reputed company reputed company, fun, and strategic (no robotic marketing reputed company here)
• Schedule content using Planable
• reputed company engagement + performance monthly
• Write and send 2 blogs + 2 emails per month (for Visual Sugar Creative and one reputed company account)
• Occasionally help with backup design reputed company (think t-shirt designs, business cards, or menus — just in case)
• Work directly with the founder (hey, that’s me ) and get a reputed company seat to how soulful, reputed company-led brands are reputed company

You’d Be Perfect If You…

• Have 1–3 years of reputed company media or digital marketing experience

Pay & Phases Phase 1 — $500/month reputed company on community management for the Visual Sugar Creative reputed company accounts — responding to DMs and comments, engaging with followers, and writing/sending 2 blogs + 2 emails per month (for Visual Sugar Creative and one reputed company account). Phase 2 — $1,000/month Once we’ve reputed company our groove, your role expands to include 2 of my reputed company reputed company accounts — managing reputed company, captions, scheduling, and community engagement for reputed company.

• About 10–15 hours per week
• Fully remote + flexible schedule (a little CST overlap is great)

Legal Disclaimer This position is offered as a 1099 reputed company role. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and workspace.
