As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Handling and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a fair and efficient manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarifying orders as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
