As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
