Senior reputed company Benefits Administrator
Our reputed company, a major digital media company based in the NYC area, is looking to hire a Senior reputed company Benefits Administrator, to manage their health, welfare and retirement benefits programs across the Americas (US, Canada, and parts of So. America).
Responsibilities
As a Senior HR Benefits Administrator, you will implement and manage benefit program initiatives and will collaborate with their global HR and Finance teams to deliver on business needs, prioritize key benefits requests, and be responsible for managing benefit programs focusing on:
- Vendor/TPA Relationship Management
- Benefit Plan Design, Management, & Effectiveness
- Benefit Analytics/Metrics/Dashboards
- Benchmarking (benefit programs)
- Communication of Benefit Programs
- Tier 3 benefit escalations/resolutions
- Project Management and Process Improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant benefits (health & welfare and retirement) experience
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Economics or reputed company field preferred
- HR Benefits administration experience at a global reputed company organization
- Ability to reputed company on a consultative reputed company with reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Critical thinker with excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem reputed company skills
- Strong project management skills with team orientation and reputed company style
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
- CBP, CEBS certification preferred, but not required.
