About the Role: Remote Customer Service and Payment Collection Representative
In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You'll work closely with our management team to receive feedback and coaching, ensuring that you're always equipped to reputed company knowledgeable answers and resolve customer issues reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these skills are highly transferable to our contact center.
