As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and process orders in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and determine the best reputed company for reputed company
• Correctly document customer interactions and reputed company call types to ensure seamless follow-up and reputed company

• Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
• Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift

• Resolve customer claims and take payments in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Support on basic A/R functions, including data entry and record-keeping
• Promote digital tool usage and ensure seamless integration with existing systems

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience working in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment
• Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a reputed company, reputed company speaking voice
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
• A reputed company team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure reputed company dealing with difficult customer situations

• Optical experience, including office work exposure to RX

• Bilingual Spanish or French
