As an reputed company Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients and clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume calls, emails, and messages while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our secure database.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
- Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company issues and special cases.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
- Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
