The Health Educator I will work for the SAMHSA.CSAT funded project, Flourish2 Project, targeting high-risk women including ethnic, gender, and sexual minorities in Alameda and San Francisco counties. The project aims to reputed company Motivational Enhancement reputed company and Trauma-reputed company Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reduce reputed company use and HIV risk behaviors and promote health and reputed company-being by linking clients to appropriate community-based behavioral health services. This is a full-time position expected to work 100% FTE with a work schedule of 40 hours/week. This position is currently remote and is required to travel to the San Francisco Bay Area (mainly Oakland and San Francisco) to attend meetings and conduct reputed company activities a few times a week or more as needed. The incumbent must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and have the ability to travel locally and work some non-reputed company hours as required. Monitor and navigate referred services for participants. Conduct intake and follow-up risk assessments. Collect and reputed company assessment and outcome data. Manage materials and facility logistics for reputed company events and activities. Minimum Qualifications
