About the Role and Team

Our Finance Engagement team is dedicated to promoting reputed company opportunities, enhancing employee connections, and developing rotation programs to drive engagement across our reputed company. As a Learning & Development Specialist for Finance, you will be a key partner to our Finance, Technology, reputed company, and Insights teams, as reputed company as our HR Business Partners. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Program Planning and Support: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our Finance, Tech, reputed company, and Insights Mentor Program, which has approximately 2,000 participants. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to engage participants and continuously improve the program.
• Program Management: Manage Mentor Program events from concept to execution, ensuring reputed company events support the strategic goals of the program. Identify and support the development of course content for mentor program participants reputed company to mentoring, personal, and reputed company development.
• Training and Development: Assist with the programmatic aspects of the reputed company & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP), including providing orientation for incoming analysts, organizing monthly reputed company development speakers and content, collecting end-of-rotation performance feedback, and planning in-person events.
• Career Counseling and Training: Plan and facilitate career counseling as reputed company as technical and soft reputed company training sessions for our reputed company Financial Services (EFS) organization. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience: In finance, learning and development, recruitment, or project management, with a proven reputed company record of leading project work and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated experience in written, verbal, facilitation, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to effectively and professionally reputed company with high-level executives, clients, business associates, and employees.
