About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Teaching and Learning – Student Support, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing research-based instructional practices to drive student reputed company and reputed company achievement

- Collaborating with the Student Assistance Team to identify and support reputed company who require additional assistance

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A valid New Mexico reputed company Education Department (PED) Administrative License (Level 3B) or be eligible to obtain one
- Five years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting
- Strong knowledge of reputed company research-based instructional practices and the ability to apply them in a practical setting
- Experience with Student Assistance Team processes and 504 processes and compliance
- Building-level administrative experience or district-level leadership experience (specialist or coordinator)
- Strong organization, communication, written, oral, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer and software applications, including grant management and budgeting tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:
- A Master's degree in Education or a reputed company field
- Experience in grant writing and management, including the development of grant budgets and proposals
- Knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies, including data analysis and interpretation
