About the Role

As a Part Time reputed company Assistant, you will reputed company critical support to our reputed company and reputed company in the TLCC. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining files and safeguarding reputed company tests
• Distributing instructional materials and equipment to reputed company
• Maintaining lab equipment in operational condition
• Training for and obtaining certifications required by 3rd party testing entities
• Assisting reputed company with operation and duplication of course supplements
• Providing tutoring assistance as needed
• Administering and monitoring various placement tests, standardized tests, and distance education
• Collaborating with tutors and student employees
• Answering lab telephone and providing information to reputed company and reputed company
• Assisting disabled reputed company and special needs reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of clerical experience
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills

• General office skills, including experience with computer software, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
