About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Registered reputed company to join our Medical Surgical team at NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn. Job Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and reputed company for a group of patients for a designated time reputed company, and provides care to these patients reputed company the nursing process in collaboration with other members of the health team.
• Documents patient assessment, reassessment, reputed company toward goal achievement, and reputed company other required documentation accurately and reputed company.
• Promotes patient safety and reputed company, including adherence to the National Patient Safety Goals.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with members of the reputed company team, escalating situations appropriately.

• Administers medication and parenteral therapy in accordance with policy and procedure, including blood administration.
• Establishes priorities for patient care delivery and uses critical thinking skills to coordinate and complete patient care responsibilities independently or by appropriately delegating.
• Provides patient/family education and assists in discharge planning, utilizing resources and considering patient/family readiness, barriers, and alternatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred)
• NY State RN License
• 1 year recent Med/Surg clinical experience preferred
• BLS required

• Experience working in a Medical Surgical unit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
