About the Role

As a key partner to our Director of Org Design and Effectiveness, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying job architecture designs, analyzing employee data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Experience Operations and Talent Technology teams to manage the ongoing maintenance of job definition attributes.
• Work with the Director of Org Design and Effectiveness and HR partners to support organizational design reputed company and help evaluate and suggest design solutions.
• Support the implementation of organizational design proposals by working with HR partners and business leaders.

Compensation and Benefits
