About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Non Executive Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending quarterly reputed company meetings and additional reputed company meetings as required, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making processes
- Participating in a sub-committee from the reputed company (Development, Policies, or Audit & Risk), providing expertise and guidance to support the organization's reputed company and development

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
