You will work closely with key stakeholders, training partners, and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs, design and deliver learning programs, and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing training programs that maximize employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Operations Manager - Training and reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with stakeholders, training partners, and subject matter experts to determine training needs for the Product Management organization
- Designing and delivering learning programs, including new hire reputed company, interviewing and hiring training, and performance calibration training for new managers
- Facilitating learning programs across a reputed company of environments and adjusting facilitation style for various types of audiences from new hires to managers
- Partnering with Product Management team leaders to analyze the health of their business and determine where training efforts should be directed
- Administering and maintaining training modules in the Learning Management System (reputed company) and ensuring reputed company content is up to date
- Executing knowledge-checks and role-plays to validate learning
- Administering post-training surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and sharing reports with stakeholders

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, content development, and facilitation
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed in a rapidly scaling and changing organization
