Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our diverse clientele
- Demonstrating superior product knowledge and answering product-based questions using training, merchandising bulletins, and other company-approved information
- Selling merchandise and interacting with customers according to GNC standards
- Receiving, checking, and shelving merchandise
- Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment
- Completing customer transactions using our POS register system
- Performing regular opening and closing duties, including cash handling and bank deposits
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills to count, add, and subtract
