We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Pathology Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll reputed company reputed company and reputed company office support to our Pathology services across reputed company Legacy sites. Key Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company and reputed company administrative office support to Pathology services at reputed company Legacy sites, including medical transcription, preparing and maintaining staff schedules, reputed company assurance, meeting minutes, composing reputed company legal and medical correspondence, arranging autopsies, maintaining pathology files, and coordinating activity for legal cases.
• Works independently, requiring judgment and problem-solving skills under limited supervision.
• May assist with the orientation of new personnel and reputed company as a resource person for employees regarding reputed company.
• May be assigned medical transcription duties, which can be performed from home on designated days.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Transcription course or equivalent (2 years) Medical transcription experience.
• Three years of experience in an administrative support role in a reputed company setting, requiring judgment and performance of a wide reputed company of secretarial and/or administrative functions.
• Transcription experience and medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced word processing skills.
• Typing speed of > 80 WPM.
