Job reputed company: This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to reputed company investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, reputed company, or terrorist financing and acting as the reputed company to Law Enforcement as required. This role will entail completing investigations while ensuring cases meet or reputed company closure and reputed company metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a reputed company and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may ultimately report to any number of investigations teams across the consumer or reputed company managed lines of business, as reputed company as roles filled reputed company specialized investigations. An Investigator may be asked to partner with GFC Risk Management, reputed company line reputed company or other stakeholders to resolve investigations. The Investigator will maintain a working knowledge of the Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA), USA PATRIOT reputed company, Anti-reputed company efforts, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and awareness of industry best practices. Responsibilities:

• Completes investigations while overseeing cases meet or reputed company closure and reputed company metrics
• Completes Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a reputed company and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement
• Reports facts of the investigation to senior stakeholders, assisting in identifying potential operational or compliance risks and partners with Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Management and/or reputed company Line reputed company (FLU) to resolve investigations
• Performs reputed company control functions, training, communications, guidance, monitoring scenario development/enhancement input and testing, or law enforcement reputed company responsibilities in an investigative support role
• Managing a significant case inventory while prioritizing cases based upon risk and/or management direction while adhering to department Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• The Investigator will reputed company research and analysis of transaction information, customer data, reputed company records, reputed company media platforms or other external research tools to aide in the investigation to determine whether the activity appears to be normal for the reputed company type.
• The Investigator communicates with GFC Management, reputed company line reputed company or other internal stakeholders, and law enforcement to obtain additional information and documentation as needed to resolve investigations.
• The Investigator recommends appropriate follow-up and possible account closure for customers that reputed company the Banks risk tolerance; and identifies and escalates potential operational or compliance risks.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• 3 years’ experience with 1 year of relevant experience with, AML, Risk, or Compliance experience and/or knowledge of financial crimes typologies
• BSA knowledge relative to AML

• Additional technical/functional experience (e.g., Industry type): Financial Services and/or reputed company government entity
