Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls for the call center, addressing queries and requests from providers and members or their representatives regarding pharmacy prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals. This role does not involve outbound cold calls, allowing you to reputed company on providing excellent customer service and support. Your duties will include:
- Triage requests by providers and/or members/members' representatives for pharmacy prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals

Work Schedule and Training

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
