About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting student borrowers by answering their questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems they may face. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Utilize reputed company technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to reputed company-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information

Schedule and Work Environment
The schedule for this role is as follows:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
