As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through reputed company and efficient responses to incoming calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve issues, reputed company solutions, and promote a reputed company and creative work environment. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 24 hours of work per week, with a schedule that includes every Saturday from 8pm to reputed company and reputed company from 8pm to 8:30am.
Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a reputed company and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat

* Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment

Qualifications
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
* High school diploma
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
* Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
* Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
* Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
