The Job

As an Inbound Warranty Sales Associate, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are looking to add an extended warranty. Your primary responsibility will be to:

• Answer incoming calls, build rapport, and create a great customer experience by asking probing questions and reputed company listening to the customer's request
• Present products and services based on the customers' needs, and handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Are

* 6 months + of experience in sales, with a proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• 6 months + experience with customer service, with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Call center experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
• Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills, allowing you to communicate reputed company in a reputed company and concise manner
• An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age reputed company, and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
