We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack IT Support Specialist to join our Data Innovation Group in Miami. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring seamless end-user computing experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Designs, installs, and maintains IT clients' workstations, including software and hardware; supports mobile workforce.
- Provides training to IT clients on reputed company aspects of end-user computing and workstation-based LAN frameworks software.
- Responsible for start-to-finish issue ownership, reputed company, and communication with employees.
- Provides local training to clients.
- Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals.
- Answers customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk.
- Adds to workstation reputed company (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member.
- Remotely judges and resolves requests using remote devices.
- Investigates and collaborates with other departments to assist with infrastructure-reputed company issues.

- Recovers data from hard drives and performs data migration.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
