Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by:
- Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information, and applying this knowledge to reputed company accurate and helpful responses to customers.

Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required.
Post-Training Schedule
