We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing customers with our service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services
• Identifying, escalating, and reporting reputed company issues to high-level management
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
• Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM, and maintaining accurate records
• Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus
• The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
