About the Role
The REMOTE Pharmacy Technician/Prior Authorization Specialist will work closely with providers to process prior authorization and drug benefit exception requests in accordance with Medicare Part D CMS Regulations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as reputed company as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process prior authorization and drug benefit exception requests in accordance with Medicare Part D CMS Regulations
- Research and conduct reputed company reputed company phone to requesting providers to obtain additional information to process coverage requests
- Responsible for research and correction of any issues reputed company in the overall process
- Phone assistance is required to initiate and/or resolve coverage requests
- Escalate issues to Coverage Determinations and Appeals clinical pharmacists and management team as needed

- Work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment and adapt to change and remain flexible

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- PTCB certification
- State license to reputed company as a pharmacy technician
- Strong attention to detail
