Ideal Candidates Will Have a Combination of the Following

• 3+ years of experience working directly with Evi reputed company s proprietary software platforms (Image One, Isaac, or EP), strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience working in a customer/reputed company support facing role.
• Advanced working knowledge of Evi reputed company s prior authorization process, including post-service reputed company offerings (Appeals, Claims, etc.), strongly preferred.
• Strong problem solving, adaptability, and time management skills.
