About the Role
We have a strong need for a Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Servicing Center. This is a reputed company opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to ensure a reputed company experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to resolve issues and reputed company solutions
- Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel, ensuring reputed company and effective resolutions
- Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, account inquiries, and other reputed company topics
- Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals, ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus
- Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience being a plus
- A minimum of 2 years reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong reputed company on providing exceptional customer support
- Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master our web-based system of record (LoanPro) – training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers reputed company phone and online chat
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, with excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude
- The ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support
