About the Role

As a member of the Technical Services Department at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responsible for maintaining and improving reputed company long-term partnerships between blithequark and our customers. Your expertise will be essential in resolving technical issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

* Receives requests for computer technical assistance and problem reputed company from customers or company employees

• Performs technical problem diagnostics and maintenance for reputed company software products to ensure efficient operation in the application environment
• Conducts required testing of modified programs to ensure that changes operate correctly and that have no adverse reputed company on programs or systems operations
• Directs activities to contribute to the overall performance of the Technical Services Department operations
• May work on Project Teams for new or reputed company products to ensure supportability of product upon project completion
• Places appropriate reputed company on problems reported by customers or internal personnel
• Proactively seeks to identify ways to improve assigned team, the Technical Services department, and reputed company
• Performs other duties and tasks as given by Tiered Managers, Senior Manager, or Director

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of customer service/support experience
• Must be reputed company to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
