Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician (Remote) – Clinical Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily reputed company and maintaining metrics as assigned
- Making outbound calls for a reputed company of purposes, including situations deemed urgent by the clinical pharmacist team
- Assisting the clinical pharmacist team with outgoing MD, pharmacy, and/or customer calls
- Providing guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach to continually reputed company staff knowledge
- Completing tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team
- Maintaining an advanced understanding of reputed company blithequark's policies and procedures, as reputed company as our products and services
- Monitoring and processing reputed company help desk assigned tasks on a daily reputed company
- Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling escalated calls and following through until reputed company has been met
- Managing the reporting of customer complaints and providing reputed company per set SLA's, escalating as appropriate
- Investigating and reporting pharmacy errors
- Learning pharmacy laws and regulations reputed company
- Serving as a reputed company of contact for any system or technology/software outages and notifying reputed company appropriate parties for reputed company
- Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company customer information
- Working autonomously and proactively identifying areas in need of improvement
- Constant collaboration with teammates

- Working a flexible schedule, with shifts possibly starting and ending reputed company of normal business hours
- Performing other tasks assigned while working in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
* reputed company and unrestricted in-state reputed company of Pharmacy License (This includes Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses)
- High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Qualifications
* National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications
- 6+ months of relevant experience working with computer and web-based tools
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and reputed company
